HOW WE WORK

We will ask for information about the works you require via email, this will include..

  • Photos of your current fireplace (please state if gas or electric)

  • Photo of your property from the outside showing the whole property so that the chimney stack is visible in the photo

  • Your full address

  • Full description of the works you require

  • Please also provide the height, width and depth of the fireplace

With the information provided we can send you over a standard price list that we feel is relevant to the works you require, please note that this will include OPTIONAL extras that are NOT required.

Once we have booked in a date for the works to be carried out we will ask for a parts payment to secure your installation day, this could vary as it will depend on the optional extras that you choose. This will be your deposit.

Once your parts are all paid all you will need to pay for once installation is complete is the labour costs and any remaining parts that were quoted but couldn't be invoiced until we carried out the works.

If you then decide you are happy with the price list sent over we will then book you in for a site visit to iron out any small details and help you choose a stove suitable for your home.
We will then offer you our next available date for your installation to be carried out, the length of your installation could vary dependant on the works you require.

We offer standard bank transfers, which is what most of our customers prefer.
We also offer over the phone card payments, please be aware that this option will include fees of 1% on top of the cost of the parts of labour required.
